Hi Mel! Thanks for the support! The green stuff is actually a water proofing agent on the plywood. Since we are not a big corporation, we couldn’t afford to use the obvious material (metal) for waterproof purposes so we went with layers of waterproofing agents to protect the facade. Cheers!
